Here's a little arm toning with a dash of dynamic balance to help keep you on your toes (literally) and connected to your center of gravity.

We can all use some time to practice balancing as it is all too easy to take for granted. I wobble and bobble a bit in the vid which is actually good for global body balance as it provides focused practice coming back to center. Give 'er a whirl and let me know how it goes.
